Choice descriptions for GEval metrics without a rubric, judged by a decisions model.

DeepEval scores a metric without a rubric on a 0-10 scale, where 10 indicates strong alignment with the evaluation steps and 0 indicates no alignment. Intermediate scores get a short neutral description, never None.
