Error Codes
Stable error codes and registry metadata for Indonesian regulation pipelines.
Codes follow GLLM-DPO-<NAME> (gllm-core BaseError convention).
Documented for consumers in docs/id-regulation-error-codes.md.
Concrete exception classes in error_types are the source of truth for kind, recovery,
message, trigger, and class name. Compatibility mappings below are loaded lazily from
that catalog.
